Shipping

Wherever you live, we will deliver straight to your door! Every package is provided with an internationally traceable tracking number. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your home, you will be able to track it. All packages are traceable.

We cover all shipping risks. If your package is lost or destroyed during delivery, we will reship the order or refund it at our expense. We cover all delivery risks. There are no risks for you.

We will only ship to your paypal address. So please make sure your address is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our customers’ satisfaction is what we are pursuing. And we are ready to deal with any problems that may arise.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods

You may return items purchased in our shop for refund, as long as they are in unused, new condition. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt, with my approval, safely packaged with delivery confirmation.

Your money will be returned to you minus shipping costs when the item arrives back.

If you want to return the ordered product, Please attach a note with the following information:
1) Order Number
2) Product Name
3) Details of the reason for your return
4) A refund or exchange as the solution

Refunds will be credited to the original way of payment only. And replacements will be shipped out only after the returned item has been received. After we get your retuned parcel, we will contact you. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange.

Products must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories. We recommend customers use a traceable method to return any item back to us. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Any physical damage on a product will automatically void its return policy/warranty and we will return any products that exhibit physical damage back to the customer.
